Manzana offers all its keyholders inclusion onto the manzana letting website for an annual admin fee of 20 euros.
For any bookings we obtain for you we charge 10'% commision of the rental fee. included on this service and for our key holders peace of mind we will check each property after the completion of a rental. As an additional service we offer a meet and greet to your clients, welcome packs and a full cleaning and laundry service.
