Entry to the gated community is via secure locked gates for which you will have a key for the duration of your visit. There is an entryphone system for access from the property and reserved parking to the front of the apartments.

The apartment is light, bright and very stylishly furnished.

From the spacious hallway is the kitchen. Fully fitted units with granite worktops. Equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and oven with ceramic hob.

The lounge/dining room is a great area for taking in views from the terrace to the front of this room. Comfortably furnished with corner sofa; dining table and chairs for 4 and the tv which receives Spanish channels.

French doors lead from this room to the terrace and from here steps lead down into the communal gardens where the swimming pools, one for children, are situated. Adding to the leisure activities on this apartment complex are two tennis courts and a childrens playground. The apartment terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs and is the perfect spot to take in the delights of the vew; the East Golf Course and onwards towards open countryside. Absolutely beautiful.

The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes with integral chest of drawers. The ensuite has a full bath, sink, toilet and bidet.

The second bedroom has twin beds, again with wardrobes and chest of drawers. This bedroom has use of the shower room with toilet and sink.

The apartment has 2 championship golf courses within easy reach and nestles in one of the most convenient locations on the Costa de la Luz. Within a stone's throw is the International Bridge, transporting you directly into Portugal's Algarve; making this the perfect holiday location for golfers or families alike.

If you can bear to leave the apartment and pool a 10 to 15 minute drive will take you to blue flag beaches of golden sands that stretch for over 30km. Dotted along the beaches the Chirinquitas (beach cafes) are a welcome stop for refreshing drinks or tapas. Isla Canela, Redondela, La Antilla and Isla Cristina are some of the best beaches in Spain and totally unspoilt.

A 5 minute drive and you will be in Ayamonte, a traditional town with tapas bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Ayamonte is a traditional town with real atmosphere. Do not expect to experience the commercialized Costas further East, Ayamonte is real Spain. Two plazas, a marina, harbour and winding streets lined by white washed buildings oozing history are just some of the delights Ayamonte has to offer. The food is fresh and seasonal, with fish taken straight from the boats returning to the harbour, direct to your plate.

Seville and its architecture (and shops) is just a 1-hour drive. If you stay on Costa Esuri you must visit Seville, it is just too good an opportunity to miss.

Activities abound in this area of Costa de la Luz, with horse riding, go karting, bowling and wind surfing being just a small selection of what's on offer.
