This well appointed 3 bedroom town house is fully air conditioned for the summer months and heated for the winter. Mosquito screens are fitted to ensure your comfort during the hotter months.
The entrance to the town house is secured by locked gates and entry phone system. Reserved parking is to the front of the house. Through the front gate and on to the front garden that leads to an arched porch way and front door. The porch is furnished with a table and chairs, typically Spanish in it's style.
The spacious lounge is stylishly furnished, with two comfortable leather sofas, a 42 inch flat screen TV sky and a DVD player. The light and airy dining area has a table and chairs, easily seating 6. This is furnished with solid oak table and chairs.
French doors lead from the lounge onto the large private garden which has ample terrace furniture. Ample space and furnishings for all your relaxing and al fresco dining needs.
The private garden has its own locked back gate leading directly to the 2 pools (1 for small children) and children's play area, these are located directly in view of the garden in the manicured communal gardens of this gated complex.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make self catering easy; a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, juicer (for those delicious Seville oranges) and coffee maker. The utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The ground floor has a cloakroom with sink and toilet. Great for children dashing to and from the pool without getting those wet feet everywhere.
On the second floor the master bedroom has a double bed with full en suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and integral chest of drawers; plenty of room for hanging clothes. The master bedroom's terrace has a lovely pool view and is furnished with a sofa, table and chairs; the ideal place, to either begin or end the day.
The 2 further bedrooms have twin beds and share a very large terrace overlooking the front garden. Both the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and integral chest of drawers, mirroring the master bedroom. All bedrooms are bright, modern and beautifully furnished. The 2 twin bedrooms share the large family bathroom situated on the same floor.
The town of Ayamonte is just a short drive away, here you can relax and soak up the traditional Spanish atmosphere in one of the many tapas bars, restaurants or cafes. Ayamonte is a typical Andalucian town where tradition has not been forgotten. Please don't imagine the commercialised Costas, this is real Spain. Whitewashed buildings with balconies tiled and dressed with geraniums and bougainvillea; unique shops and a marina; a working harbour where the fish you eat in the cafes and restaurants is brought fresh to your table. If you want to experience Spain then this is the place for you.
It goes without saying that golf is first class, with the 2 championship golf courses within walking distance of your front door. If you wish to take advantage of the fabulous golfing in Costa de la Luz then Manzana are able to organise a golfing package for you. Details are available on request.
For beach lovers there are several blue flag beaches within a 10 minute drive, all are unspoilt and with over 30km of golden sands. Each beach has its own identity and Chirinquitas (beach cafes) are dotted along the sands. Safe for children to play; ideal for getting the perfect tan in peaceful surroundings or to simply walk along miles of uninterrupted coastline, especially at sunset as the Costa de la Luz coastline has the most stunning sunsets in all of Spain.
If you wish for more activities then look no further. A short drive and you can find horse riding, fishing, boat trips, and bowling, go karting, wind surfing and more! There is something for everyone.
