The large and light shared entrance hallway is secured by locked gates and has an entry phone system for all apartments. A lift serves the 1st and 2nd floors. There is a reserved space outside the apartment for parking.

Fully air conditioned and with heating throughout the apartment makes this an ideal holiday location for all seasons. Mosquito screening ensures comfortable nights during the spring and summer months.

Conveniently located to the rear of the apartment are two swimming pools (one for children), set in the manicured communal gardens

The apartment has a good sized kitchen with fitted units, gas oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. All the necessary equipment for full self catering is supplied to make this a haven to return to at the end of each day.

From the kitchen a glazed door leads onto the utility room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. A door from the utility leads on to the full length furnished terrace. Ideal for transporting meals from the kitchen to the terrace, where al fresco dining may be enjoyed in tranquil surroundings.

The sitting room incorporates the dining area which is both spacious and light. The dining area is comfortably furnished with a table and chairs. In the lounge area there's a gorgeous leather sofa, tv with SKY. French doors lead onto the terrace which runs the full length of the apartment. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs to ensure you can enjoy the views and setting sun should you wish to dine in . Views from this terrace are breathtaking; panoramic views of the championship golf course and the International Bridge onto Portugal's Algarve.

Positioned on this terrace is a spiral staircase leading up to the roof terrace, which covers the whole of the apartment. This easily accommodates the 4 sun beds and offers total privacy for sunbathing, taking advantage of the panoramic views or watching the sun go down at the end of the day. The sunsets over Costa Esuri are stunning and recognised as being the best on the Costa de la Luz.

The master bedroom has its own full size en suite, with opaque window, sink, toilet, bidet and bath. The master has twin beds, fitted wardrobes with integral chest of drawers providing ample room for clothes. The 2 sets of french doors offer views of Las Encinas and the golf course.

The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes with integral drawers, mirroring the master. It is very comfortably furnished and has the advantage of large windows, and views of the golf course, making the room light and bright.

The bathroom is conveniently located for use by the second bedroom and has a walk in shower, toilet and sink.

This apartment sits within a stone's throw of the 2 championship golf courses and Club House, a gentle walk to either is recommended. If you are a golfer then Manzana could help with organising a golf trip on your behalf.

The apartment is conveniently located on the banks of the Guadiana River, so close to the border with Portugal that you can see the connecting International Bridge. Only 15 minutes away from the apartment are 30 miles of wide white sandy beaches and just 10 minutes from the traditional and picturesque town of Ayamonte.

The town of Ayamonte is a short drive. This is a traditional Spanish town that has kept its charm and architecture, some of which dates back as far as the Moors. Here you will find tapas bars, cafes and restaurants that will satisfy the most discerning holidaymaker. A stroll along the marina towards the harbour will bring you to the ferry that crosses the River Guadiana into Portugal. A short 10 minute crossing taking in views of Ayamonte's coastline, along to Isla Canela where the River Guadiana meets the sea. If preferred, you can drive across the International Bridge into Portugal, just 5 minutes from Costa Esuri.

Just over 1-hour away is Seville, an absolute must if you stay at Costa Esuri. Seville is a modern bustling city steeped in history and dominated by its Cathedral.

If you are looking for activities, then you are in the right place on Costa Esuri; horse riding, go karting, paintballing, fishing, boat trips, water parks are just a few of the activities available to you within short driving distance.
The blue flag beaches of Isla Canela, La Antilla, Redondela and Isla Cristina are well worth visiting, they form 30km of uninterrupted coastline along the Costa de la Luz.
