The apartment is set in a good location close to Costa Esuri Golf Club House and Greens. Ideal for golfers or families. This is a quiet apartment within a gated community; a real get away. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has heating, making this an ideal holiday rental for any season. Entry to the apartments is via a locked gate for which you will have keys for the duration of your stay. There is reserved parking for the apartment to the front. The apartments are set within mature gardens abundant with mediterranean planting. There are two swimming pools, one for children. An entryphone system allows access into a serviced hallway with lifts serving all floors. The apartment is on the first floor. The apartment's hall leads to a fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, frdige/freezer and microwave. A table and chairs for breakfast, or any meal, are set beside a glazed door leading onto the terrace. From the kitchen a door leads onto a utility area with washing machine and door to the terrace. This is a large terrace furnished with table and chairs plus that all important BBQ. The sitting room has a large sofa, TV and DVD. This is a light and bright room with french doors leading out onto the front terrace. From here views of the communal gardens, swimming pools and the Golf Course are a delight. The cloakroom has an enclosed shower, sink and toilet. The master bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes and integral chest of drawers, plenty of storage. The en suite is furnished with bath, shower over, toilet, bidet and sink. The second bedroom has twin beds and, again, fitted wardrobes with integral chest of drawers. Glazed doors open onto a Juliette balcony. This really is a fabulous apartment in an excellent location. For golfers, Costa Esuri's championship golf courses are within walking distance and are fast gaining a reputation of being amongst the most beautiful and challenging on the Costa de la Luz.

The apartment is conveniently located on the banks of the Guadiana River, so close to the border with Portugal that you can see the connecting International Bridge. Only 15 minutes away from the apartment lay 30 miles of wide white sandy beaches and just 10 minutes from the traditional and picturesque town of Ayamonte.

The town of Ayamonte is a short drive. This is a traditional Spanish town that has kept its charm and architecture, some of which dates back as far as the Moors. Here you will find tapas bars, cafes and restaurants that will satisfy the most discerning holidaymaker. A stroll along the marina towards the harbour will bring you to the ferry that crosses the River Guadiana into Portugal. A short 10 minute crossing, taking in views of Ayamonte's coastline, along to Isla Canela where the River Guadiana meets the sea. If preferred, you can drive across the International Bridge into Portugal, just 5 minutes from Costa Esuri.

Just over 1-hour away is Seville, an absolute must if you stay at Costa Esuri. Seville is a modern bustling city steeped in history and dominated by its Cathedral.

If you are looking for activities, then you are in the right place on Costa Esuri; horse riding, go karting, paintballing, fishing, boat trips, water parks are just a few of the activities available to you within a short driving distance.

The blue flag beaches of Isla Canela, La Antilla, Redondela and Isla Cristina are well worth visiting, they form 30km of uninterrupted coastline along the Costa de la Luz.

This apartment is a perfect base for a golfing, walking, the beach, sightseeing or a totally relaxing holiday.
