Lovely townhouse located on a beautiful manzana. Set within a secure residential community this is a peaceful haven for those wishing for a get away from it all holiday, golfer or family beach holiday.

The house is fully air conditioned with heating, ensuring this is a good rental for any season.

Entry to the house is via a locked gate, for which you will have keys for the duration of your stay. Any entryphone system and parking to the front of the property ensure security.

The front garden is fully tiled and an Andalucian arch leads onto the front of the house. The hally way is bright and airy.

The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Easy self catering!

Across the hallway is the utility room with washing machine. There is also a shower room on this level, with walk in shower, toilet and sink; great for showering on return from the pool.

The lounge and dining area are to the rear of the house, with french doors leadings onto the Andalucian tiled garden. The lounge has a large corner sofa and TV with SKY. The dining area has comfortable and spacious seating for 4. Glazed doors lead onto the garden which is furnished with dining tables and chairs, sunbeds and BBQ. From here you can enjoy views of the communal gardens, which are well maintained with mediterranean planting, and swimming pools.

Spanish tiled stairs lead up to the 2 bedrooms and family bathroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a bank of fully fitted wardrobes with integral chest of drawers. This bedroom has it's own private balcony, a private space for enjoying the views or just taking time out. A staircase leads onto the roof terrace, furnished with sunbeds, and from here take in the breathtaking views of the International Bridge, Portugal, the River Guadiana and Costa Esuri's Golf Courses.

The second bedroom has twin beds and wardrobes and chest of drawers mirroring the master bedroom. This bedroom also has a terrace with views over the front garden. Apart from the house being highly recommend Costa Esuri and Ayamonte are too. Both have retained the true flavour of Spain.

Ayamonte is a typical Andalucian town; imagine town squares colourfully tiled with palms and geraniums planted amongst the fountains. Tapas bars, cafes and restaurants where Ayamontian's gather to soak up the atmosphere and warm evenings. Winding streets of whitewashed buildings with balconies draped in geraniums and bougainvillea. Here you will find traditional and unique shops to cater for all needs. Please don't envisage the commercial Costas further East. Ayamonte is proud to have retained it's heritage and identity, this is true Spain.

Costa Esuri and it's golf complex is a stunning area of undulating countryside, with the championship golf course home to the wildlife and birds of the region. Within a very short distance of the house you can find activities to suit all ages; horse riding, fishing, boat trips, wind surfing, waterparks are just a few of the activities to keep you amused. That is if you can be tempted away from your luxurious holiday home.
