This 2 bedroom townhouse is the perfect holiday rental for golfers and family's alike, it is within easy reach of Costa Esuri Golf's 2 challenging golf courses. It also benefits from close access to 2 swimming pools, one of which is for children.

Full air conditioning and heating make this the perfect rental at anytime of the year.

The house is set within a private gated neighbourhood with secure locked gate, you will be given keys for the duration of your stay.

Entry to the house is via entryphone system and has reserved parking to the front of the house.

Stairs lead into the front garden and Andalucian arched entrance to the house. The hallway is light and bright, welcoming you into the stylishly furnished home.

The kitchen has fully fitted cabinets with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave; ensuring self catering is made easy. Across the hallway there is a utility room which houses the washing machine and plenty of storage for golf clubs.

On the ground floor there's a cloakroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The lounge/dining room is a large and light room furnished with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. The flat screen TV and DVD player enhance the relaxation to be had in this room. The dining area accommodates the dining table and chairs with comfortable seating for 6 and is situated by the glazed french doors that lead onto the garden.

The garden has an arched Andalucian dining terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and keeping out of the blazing Costa de la Luz sun. The Spanish style garden is fully tiled and has sun beds for you to recline on whilst enjoying the views of the manicured communal gardens and swimming pools.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and fully fitted wardrobes with integral chest of drawers. This is a very spacious room with plenty of storage. Glazed french doors lead out onto a private terrace with views of the gardens and pools.

From this terrace a staircase leads up onto the roof terrace. This is a fantastic area, completely private and offering stunning panoramic views of the River Guadiana, the International Bridge spanning Spain and Portugal, Costa Esuri and surrounding unspoilt countryside. In the late evening be on the roof terrace to see the most beautiful sunsets you will see anywhere in the world.

The second bedroom has twin beds, again very stylishly furnished. Fitted wardrobes with integral chest of drawers mirror the master bedroom. This room has french doors leading on to its own private terrace .

A fully tiled bathroom is located on this floor with full bath/shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The town of Ayamonte is just a short drive away, here you can relax and soak up the traditional Spanish atmosphere in one of the many tapas bars, restaurants or cafes. Ayamonte is a typical Andalucian town where tradition has not been forgotten. Please don't imagine the commercialised Costas, this is real Spain. Whitewashed buildings with balconies tiled and dressed with geraniums and bougainvillea; unique shops and a marina; a working harbour where the fish you eat in the cafes and restaurants is brought fresh to your table. If you want to experience Spain then this is the place for you.

It goes without saying that golf is first class, with the 2 championship golf courses within walking distance of your front door. If you wish to take advantage of the fabulous golfing in Costa de la Luz then Manzana are able to organise a golfing package for you. Details are available on request.

For beach lovers there are several blue flag beaches within a 10 minute drive, all are unspoilt and with over 30km of golden sands. Each beach has its own identity and Chirinquitas (beach cafes) are dotted along the sands. Safe for children to play; ideal for getting the perfect tan in peaceful surroundings or to simply walk along miles of uninterrupted coastline, especially at sunset as the Costa de la Luz coastline has the most stunning sunsets in all of Spain.

If you wish for more activities then look no further. A short drive and you can find horse riding, fishing, boat trips, and bowling, go karting, wind surfing and more! There is something for everyone.
