• KEYHOLDING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES.

  This service includes:

  1. Making regular checks of your property looking for and reporting any problems that may arise in your absences.
  2. Hold keys and at your request making them available to visiting guests and tradesman.
  3. Being on call 24hrs 7days a week to resolve any unforeseen circumstances. The charge per annum for this service is €350

• SNAGGING REPORTS. We offer a full written report that will be handed to your developer and a follow up visit will be made to ensure all faults have been rectified.

• FURNITURE PACKAGES. Our specialist team can offer you a full range of flexible packages that will fit all your needs, styles and tastes to make your dream home complete and comfortable.

• KITCHEN APPLIANCES. Some new properties in Spain do not come with fully fitted kitchens; in these instances we offer a service that will assist you in fitting your new kitchen to your taste and budget.

• WHITE GOODS. These include Washing machines, Dishwashers, Tumble Dryers Fridges/Freezers, Microwaves and we can offer you a wide range of appliances for you to choose from.

• AIRCONDITIONING. We will supply a free quotation and advice on the various units suitable for your property.

• MOSQUITO SCREENS. For your comfort we can supply screens that will reduce the risk of any mosquitoes entering your home.

• INSTALLATIONS. We can install all your lights bathroom fittings and curtain pols etc.

• BATH & SHOWER SCREENS. To complement your bathroom we can supply and fit screens in many designs and finishes.

• SATELLITE & INTERNET SYSTEMS We can arrange installation of your satellite and internet requirements.

• GARDEN DESIGN & LANDSCAPING. We will supply a quotation for landscaping your garden while working to any design you require. To help you with ideas for your garden our fully experienced team at Manzana has a portfolio of work undertaken that you can peruse at any time.

• SECURITY SYSTEMS. For your peace of mind while you are away from your property we can offer you a combination of systems to secure your home, these include Security Grills, Lights and Alarms. Further details and prices on request.

• BUILDERS CLEAN. Prior to you taking over your new home a thorough clean throughout is essential. Our team will come in and make sure all is spotless prior to your arrival or delivery of your furniture. Prices for this service start at 165 €.

• CLEANING & LAUNDRY SERVICE. When you or your friends are staying in your property we offer a full cleaning and laundry service that is unsurpassed in the area from as little as 35€.

• GARDEN MAINTENANCE To keep your garden in tiptop shape we offer this invaluable service. It includes Patio cleaning, Weeding, Border tidying, Dead heading and of course Grass cutting. The charge for this service is 10 Euros per hour.

• PAINTING & DECORATING We offer free no obligation estimates.

• ELECTRICAL SERVICES Fully qualified electrician on hand to help with any problems or new installations.

• EMERGENCY CALL OUT SERVICE. Our initial call out charge is 20Euros. If new locks have to be fitted the cost of replacement and installation will be payable by the persons residing in the property at that time.

• WELCOME PACKS. We will be happy to supply any groceries you or your guests require. Prices for a basic pack start at 25 Euros and we would strongly recommend this for late night or bank holiday arrivals.

• MEET AND GREETS. We will meet and greet your guest in office hours, for a small charge of 20€. After office hours 30 euros.

• AIRPORT TRANSFERS The cost of transfers to and from Faro Airport are available on request and depends on destination and number of passengers. Baby seats can be supplied at small charge of 30 euros a week.
